Mushroom Buckwheat Hazelnuts Pâté
Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and is thus gluten-free. Buckwheat has become popular as a health food due to its high mineral and antioxidant content. It is a grateful ingredient that tastes a bit like nuts. It really goes with mushrooms. This buckwheat-mushroom-hazelnut pate is a favourite pate of my son. It perfectly tastes on its own or with fresh bread or lavosh.
