Walnut Pâté

It is a delicious blend of walnuts and onion simmered in herbs and whiskey. This flavour was awarded the gold with Blas at the hEireann Irish Food Awards. Moreover, it’s gluten-free, which makes it unique.

Serving Suggestion:

The pate can be served on crackers, good bread, or as an addition to Canapé. The flavour can be enhanced by adding gherkins, pickles, fermented and fresh vegetables e.g., cucumber, tomato, spring onion, greens, tomatoes, and a nice relish.
